Thanks for the times and all your help. I was using my presses with 4-5 minutes times anyway with really low temperatures to try and overcome fading and heatsink issues. I had much better results with this technique, but an oven will speed me up.

I know which mug wrap seller you were referring to, that was me clearing out his remaining stock a moment ago!

You lot are tempting me to try the oven route again ... the oven we were using is now doing a fantastic job at home in out kitchen, and the 100 green wraps I flogged off on Ebay

The first batch of mugs I bought, from ebay, came with their own 'chips!' :-)

First lot of mugs are coming off great. Burnt the chips though

    Used 180 degrees and then:
    1 mug - 9 minutes
    6 mugs - 14 minutes
    8 mugs - 15 minutes

Tried doing Polymer mugs in there but the image looked a bit blurry. Maybe due to slight expansion of plastic when hot? gonna do a few more tests with them but ceramics are all perfect. Well chuffed with it

Good to hear, one thing to remember, keep the bleed top and bottom to a minimum, I normally have zero bleed at the top and only 1mm at the bottom. Plus, make your paper longer than the green wrap, this prevents the blue ghosting you can get sometimes.

You can add 24 mugs 16-18 minutes to your times :-)

Good to hear progress is being made, shame about the chips though perhaps you used french fries which are usually ready quicker ;)
