    Hi

    My name is Bill Hindley and I have a Richo SG7100Dn with paper jam issues. also have Roland BN20, approx. 4 years old with which I have had no significant problems.
    If anyone has had a difficult paper misfeed issue with the Richo resolved I would like to hear from you.

    I find cutting the corners off the paper at both ends helps with this problem on most printers. Its worth a try
