    Epson Eco-Tank ET-7750

    Morning all,

I’m looking for a review if anyone’s using the titled printer for sublimation.
I’ve got a 1500w but two of the nozzles on the print head are blocked and for the life of me I can’t fix it. I’ve taken the print head off, soaked it in flush, flushed it but nothing works at all.
Therefore I’m looking for a new A3 printer. The P600 looks like a great model, but this printer also caught my eye.

    Thanks in advance
    Mike

What are you using to flush the heads?

I'm wondering if your solution is suitable for dissolving Epson formulated sub ink? It states Ricoh (gel) ink on your link.

Sometimes, printheads have just had it. You could perhaps try a different solution as a last resort?

I haven't yet tested an ET7750 but it is on my radar as a potential model to start to supply. Its loosely based on the XP600-900 series printers as a base with the ECO Tank on the side. The mentioned models are awful usually for sub but that down to the sponge based ink cartridges they use. The introduction of the eco tank should solve that issue making it a viable option for sub printing.

Cost is the only thing holding me back as a WF7710 for example is around a third of the cost per unit.
