    Faded corners

Mug sublimation intermediate level, noticing some inconsistencies on the prints. Press is a freest double press.

Print size isn't too big, well away from handles and a good 0.5cm from base, mugs preheated on radiator for natural warming up pre pressing.

Should I be looking at pressures next?

Inconsistencies are exactly that, sometimes the print is that good I consider quitting my day job, other times I notice the fade and it breaks my heart, to add, many of times when the print is blue.

    Thanks

Pressure shouldn't be causing an issue, as long as everything's making contact it doesn't need to be too firm.

What mugs, paper and inks are you using?

    Using 11oz mugs from longforte
    Epson L382 printer
    Freesub double mug press
and inks paper supplied for Citi ink express.

The faded corner and edge seems more persistent, despite prewiring mugs slowly on radiator for natural base warmth and print being easily 2cm from handle too. Little lost at what the issue is on the slight fades on handle edges.

    Thanks

Are the mugs straight when you put two together? Check the long edge.

Inconsistent is the best description. I can notice slight gaps at the bottom now and then depending which mugs I put together.
