    Sublimating White 100% Polyester T-Shirts?

I can't rememeber the last time we sublimated a polyester t-shirt! Can someone refresh my memory of the procedure please?

A customer has delivered their poly shirts to us and they want a simple one colour logo printed on the front - we're using Ink Express Subli-Sharp inks and high release Dye Sublimation TransferA3 120gsm Paper from the same company.

    Thanks

190 deg C for 60 secs works well for me (using CIE inks and paper).

I remember getting square marks where the border of the transfer paper was - is that still an issue?

What sort of pressure do you use?

You need to tear the paper to get a jagged border. Then its not so obvious. It might also be advisable to pull the t.shirt over the platen so the dye doesn't leek through.
