Sublimation printing through Mac Photoshop CC

Had a few issues on the PC using Photoshop CC recently so thought I'd have a go printing on the Mac.

I've set the profile up etc. but the print is coming out noticeably different to my PC output. Searched online to check settings, they all say Photo Glossy paper but I don't have this option when going to print on the Mac, just photo.

Anyone printing from their mac that could share settings please?

I thought the paper type settings were in the printer driver Justin, not in the software?

I think I've just worked the problem out. I added a new printer to the Mac but let it install the driver itself so it installed a basic driver. I downloaded the Epson driver and reinstalled and now I have more options and it's looking better :-)

Yes, the settings are in the printer driver when you go to print in Photoshop but I had limited options, no glossy etc.

yes, this is exactly what was my problem. Standard driver for Macs won't give you perfect colours. I used manufactured drivers and all worked well!
