Wasting your time if you don't have a profile installed. You need to give us info above to help.

OK, first thing you need to know is that the supplier of the ink can continue to supply the same ink. Next time you order if it's not available or has changed you will have to start again with a profile etc.
If they are a reputable seller I would expect them to help you with a profile. If they can't you will need to get a custom made profile to get the colours to work properly.
Personally I'd avoid any non branded inks on eBay unless they have a proven track record. Inks aren't expensive nowadays as you're no longer tied to Sawgrass for supply.
Speak to your supplier about the profile, you can't go any further without it. That probably won't be causing your lines issue though but won't help.
Have a good search on the forum as you'll find a wealth of information already on here about profiles, setting up etc.

you think that’s causing horizontal line in image or nothing to do with profilevOK, first thing you need to know is that the supplier of the ink can continue to supply the same ink. Next time you order if it's not available or has changed you will have to start again with a profile etc.

Profiles are to make the printer print the colours correctly. So if the colours were off in your design that would be the issue.

Put up a picture of the paper print you did the mug with, the used one.
