Does anyone print onto BMS's 10oz Durham Style mug? How is the quality and what type of defects do these mugs typically have?

Gave up on them a long while ago due to defects, XP5013 for years now and no need to use anything else personally.

I need a similar alternative to the 5013. The signzworld small handled 10oz mugs were a bit thin walled and cheap looking.
Is there a reason you don't want to use the 5013?

Too many defects!
I did wonder, this amazes me. Whilst I'm not the biggest mug printer I have printed into the 1000's of the XP5013 and can honestly say I've had zero defects. Last box had 3 broken mugs, otherwise no other breakages over the past years...and they come a long way through a network of couriers to get to us!
I'd be interested to discuss this with Xpres. I've tried everything else available and nothing comes close for us.

Agree with Justin. We ONLY use 5013 from Xpres and never had one defect in over two years. Only mug we feel safe water dunking as well where others including BMS can crack.
Rippled coating causing faded patches, chips, sharp chips stuck to the base.
I'd say they're not 5023 looking at them, something very wrong there as I've never seen any of those issues.
What do Xpres say?

Definitely 5013, it's the only mug I use. Their customer service is first class and they credit note me; but could do without having to inspect every mug, I've barely any fingerprint left on my left thumb!
