    Angle blade

    Hi all

What is the best angle blade to use for a better cut on vinyl 30 or 45 or 60 ???

The degree of the blade generally relates to how thick the material that you want to cut is. A 60 degree blade will cut much thicker material than a 30 or 45.

For vinyl I would (and do) use 45, its a good all rounder and works perfect for my needs. I suspect a 30 degree will be just as good though

Thank you socialgiraffe i've been using the same one that came with machine but lately been using different thickness of vinyl and hasn't really cut it well.

I would be very surprised if the poor cutting is due to your blade angle (unless you are cutting something like 3D build etc), put a new 45 degree blade in and see what happens, also check your cutting strip to make sure that is still perfect.
