Old Ricoh, Dye Sublimation Supplies sublisplash ink and new paper from Ink Experts. All through the Sublisplash Driver supplied by Dye Sublimation Supplies.
Seriously bad banding but clear nozzles.
Any ideas?

This issue looks like it may be the 'dithering' issue. I can't recall the exact cause or fix but I am fairly confident it was a driver / software issue causing the printer / printing head to dither whilst printing.
When I use my SG3110DN I will usually set the paper type to Glossy and Quality Priority, I use the standard driver rather then Powerdriver or the Sublisplash one. I may be worth trying to printing using the standard driver to see if this resolves the issue?
