My Ricoh waste tank if full, ive ordered another one, but need to print off today, i know you can reset the ink tank, but i cant get back to the main menu to do that its stuck on waste tank needs replacing and i cant get it off that, any ideas ?

I'm not to sure you can once its full. It normally gives warnings which you can then return and then carry on. but once its full its full.
Try removing the ink tank and reinstalling it. tell it its a new one and see what happens.
If you are really stuck. I have a spare one for a Ricoh SG2100n which i'm sure is the same.

Ok, it’s a simple install so you should be fine.

Just for future reference as I have had the same issue, I think I got round it by turning the printer off and as soon as I turned it on I kept the two buttons pressed to access the area required to reset the counter.
Hope that makes sense :-)
