    Printing on Colour Changing Mugs

Hi could anybody please tell me if you can print on the front coating of the colour changing mugs?
I can do the main print on the mug which reveals when it is hot, But i would like to add a message on the front when the mug is cold and wondered if it was possible and what equiptment would be needed.
    Any advice would be appreciated

This would have to be done with a heat sensitive thermochromic ink that disappears when heat is applied and I doubt this is something you could do in a standard printer.

Im guessing you would need a pad printer or screen print to achieve this?
Im sure someone here has done it before though.

some inks available here although I’m not sure they are mug suitable although some are suitable for ceramics and would need to be applied using screen printing or pad printing.

Many thanks for your help with printing on the mugs and for the link MrteaJunkie, I thought it might be a bit difficult to do, the mugs would look so much better if you could print with something on the front, I will keep experimenting with different things and see if I can find a solution
