Evening guys help required I’m printing sublimation using Epson WF7210 using trupix paper and fotorite ink from ink express, every time I press at 190c for 60 seconds I get big shiney square scotch on the garment how can I overcome this?

the scorch marks you are getting can you post a photo, is it the same size mark every time ? what are you putting over your garment ie silicone paper ? or is it just the heatpress and the paper ?

ill try and post a photo, it’s the whole heat press square making it shiney, using paper and greaseproof sheet

Try backing off the time, temp, and pressure - experiment til you find a sweet spot

Is the outline the mark of the paper (if so make your paper bigger than the press or tear the edges to soften them from being sharp)

Is that printing a yellow tint to the paper?

So when you print does it print just the image and then spit the paper out.
Or does it continue for a while then spit the paper out?

Have you been printing hi-vis or bright coloured polyester?
Is your cover paper leaching something onto the fabric when pressed?
