Joined and need some help PLEASE

I bought an 8 in 1 heat press off ebay - that seems to be great (mugs, clothes etc are great) and a cameo silhouette 3 - that's cool also.
Problem I have is with the ink/dye colour quality...

    I bought this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sublimation-Refillable-ink-cartridge-for-Epson-XP-355-XP-452-XP-455-non-oem-29XL/253938080141?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid =p2057872.m2749.l2649
to convert my xp-255 and while it prints ok the colours are awfull.

I believe i need an ICC ??? Did i just waste 35 quid on a load of crap?

    Help would be appreciated.

Apologies for my grammar - heads in the shed

    Thanks James

If your ink supplier can't give you a profile you'd need to have one made specifically for your printer.

I personally wouldn't have recommended that particular solution and would have suggested Inktec SubiNova.
