I am happy to report that I did have my press on to heat up for 15 minutes and I trailed 2 mugs at 12 minutes and the results were fantastic. I think that your guidance has helped no end so thank you @socialgiraffe for your advice.

Hi i had a few teething problem's to start with but the more mug's you put in the machine you have to increase the amount of time on the counter...also make sure that your straps don't become loose as over time they will wear.everybody on this page are very helpful for any advice needed.
Hey everyone, I am new to this caper. I have a 3D Sublimation Heat Press Machine ST3042 (thanks wifey!!). I have been having mediocre success with mugs, using the green silicone wraps, sometimes the print on one side is faded, sometimes not. After reading the above, I am going to up the time (am using 190c) but the (very) limited details in the instruction book has the time way less than what is advised here. I have had great success with the press I have for bags and key rings as well as toilet paper, just trying to get the oven correct as was getting disheartened and almost ready to give it up.
Thanks again for the advice, I will let you all know how this progresses.
