You'll need a sublimation printer, paper and inks, and also an oven and silicone wraps of the correct size. You'll also need graphics software capable of printing via an ICC profile.
Popular printers are Epson and Ricoh. I'd suggest you get in touch with @InkExperts, who advertise on the forum for excellent advice and good deals on the right equipment and inks.
As for an oven, a halogen cooker does well and will only set you back about £30 - £60 from Argos, B&M Stores, etc. I'd recommend using an oven thermometer rather than rely on the (not very accurate) oven dials.
Bowls will need to be sublimation-coated and can be bought from various suppliers of sublimation blanks. You will need silicone wraps to fit the bowls in order to keep your printed transfers in place while 'cooking.' These you can also get from sublimation suppliers or ebay.
