Question Epson WF-2010 with CISS does't print magenta

    Hi everyone,

I've bought last March an Epson WF-2010 with CISS from City Ink Express, but I did't set it up until today... I followed all video done filling, installation, icc profiles configuration etc on MAC and I have a lot of issues which I hope you can help me.

The ink level shown in the epson utility is not correct, shows half con C,Y,M and almost over in Black.
It doesn't get the Magenta out, just a soft yellow.

What should I do ? I'm thinking on throw it through the window....

    Thank you

Sometimes you can prime the cartridge by drawing the ink through the lines, syringe less the needle into the hole on top of the cart, slight angle and draw through.

I'd speak to City Ink first though.
