In my oven, 5013s were given 20 mins at 160 degrees approx temperature, but Listawood mugs needed 22 mins.

I'll have to have a play. So far I've just been doing in desktop halogen for 9mins@180c (5013's) although I've seen the 20min@160c method mentioned on here before and have been meaning to try it for comparison, I guess now is a good time:+)
The lower temperature heats up the base of the mug, plus you can print right up to the handle without any fading issues. These times are for a Blizzard industrial oven which you can search the forum for.

Seek out Webtrekker’s posts on the halogen oven, he is the main man for those I think.

Listawood mugs are brought in from India mainly. It is their own factory out there but would make little difference tax wise from a customer perspective if it wasn't. Also most are coated over there from what I recall. They do have a coating facility in UK as well.
And they are currently stuck in a container out at sea due to bad weather! I would say India too, judging by the long jet black hair I found inside a box.
Is listawood the cheapest source for duraglaze mugs?
