    It’s a laser transfer so it will scratch off eventually, but then so will sublimation.

    It really will depend on the type of wood and the transfer on whether it will be up to your standards without a seal.

    the 'enhanced' bit is firnware tweaks that slow the printer down so the laser paper stays in the fuser unit for longer, so you get a better result.
    YES, you can just select 'heavy card' in the regular driver, but the different papers and CL medias etc really suck the heat out of the fuser, so if you are printing multiple sheets, you won't get any problems AND there are special settings for every media type.
    I think TMT are using Space Control now even for non white printers but not sure.
    It does make your life much easier and cuts wasted media to zero.
