    Postcards and Calendars

    Hello,

I will do a promo thing and print a batch of postcard and calendars. Thickest media will be 300gsm.

Most printers come with dye ink and the issue is that it will smudge in contact with moisture and water. That's especially an issue when it comes to sending the postcards. Bad weather, raining etc. So perhaps pigment ink is something that I should strive for.

Would like to hear what type of ink and printer you use for promo works like this.

    Thanks.

Look at this myself and ended up contracting out, wasn't worth the cost of setting up when companies do it so cheap.

That's a good suggestion. However, I will have some personalized features, so may unfortunately not work for me to outsource it since I assume that the printers want one set of design.
