    Printing a mirror shine finish

Hi could anybody please give me some advice on the best possible way to print this image?
It has been designed with a 3d effect that has a chrome outline to it that will not show the effect when printed out on ink jet Transfer paper or look good cut from vinyl.
I just wondered if anybody could suggest a better printing method to get the best possible reproduction of the image.
Any help with this would be much appreciated Thanks Brian
