Don't forget that these are business to business transactions, so you don't get the 'full monty' of consumer protections.
They are poor Terms and Conditions. I've seen a trend with Chinese owned companies basically saying that you have to take the risk because we know our products aren't up to standard. I was going to order an 'audiophile' mp3 player last night, which basically said, that this hasn't been fully tested and will require a couple of firmware upgrades to get it right....you can buy it and do the product testing for us.
