    Color reproduction problem

Hi all, I'm new in sublimation so I would appreciate any help.
I was sublimating ceramic ornament (see attach), left is the original design (CorelDraw), right is finished ornament. The colors are off - red is more orange, green is not even close, it is brown/grey.
I use printer, ink and paper I bought from Inkexperts and installed their ICC profile, but obviously missed some ICC settings.
Any help how to get bright red and green colors like on monitor?

    Thanks in advance :)

Which software are you printing from, and are you using RGB or CMYK setting?
