    Argh....

Got my SG400 printer, mug press etc. delivered on Wednesday.
Set it all up last night, and sublimated a mug no problem.
Went to do the same this afternoon and it's all gone to... well, lets just say it's not printing as it should.
Nothing, to my knowledge, has changed - although obviously it has.

What's happening is when I print a design, it prints about 3/4 of it, a quarter is missing.
I'm using mug press paper from BMS (216mm x 92mm) - I changed the paper size on the printer and on the software - all to no avail.
I've reset everything to default and still no joy.
Yesterday, I used Creative Studio, today I used Creative Studio, and when that didn't work I tried Photoshop and loaded in the colour palette.

So, basically it's printing 3/4 of the image, I've resized everything, measured everything - where should I be looking please?

PS Thanks for reading my long winded question :)

That doesn't sound pleasant. Did you make any recent updates on your computer?

Have you tried printing to a full A4 sheet?

    Thanks for the tips.
    I've just got it sorted.
At the beginning, in Sawgrass Designer, when you click on Mugs, then up 'wrapped' or 'tiled' there's a drop down list. I've managed to add my paper size (216mm x 92mm) to the list and choose that, and it worked!
No idea how I managed to print it properly on my first go without doing this!
