    Rhinotech for my first cutter

    Hello,

I'm looking to get my first cutter, I currently have someone do my t-shirts (approx 50 per week) and plan to bring it in house.

Would be great to get any recommendations on a good machine to start with as I'm overwhelmed with options. I'd like the option to do print and cut and have a budget of £500 - £750 ex VAT. Ideally I'd like to run it from a Mac too.

I saw these new machines at a recent show, has anyone experience with them?

Also is the Dee Ha vinyl any good?

    Thanks in advance.

I use graphtech but it’s down to preference.
Graphtec uses digital servo motors so you get a consistent force on the media where as the cheap Chinese machines don’t and it’s luck of the draw if it cuts the media or through the media and backing sheet.

have you looked at cameo machines?
lots of people use cameo for a first cutter.
