    Heat Press Lines

    Hey all
    New to the forum so probley a newbie Question I'm pressing sublimation 100% polly t shirts but I'm geting the top plate on the edges leaving a line all round the t shirt any ideas were im going wrong

    Hi I think I've got round the square line the problem I'm haveing now is the paper line round my transfer I've tried lowering pressure a teflon pillow lower heat setings so frustrating lol

    Try tearing around the edges of your print to feather them a bit.

    Hi thanks for your reply I'm still geting the Mark's could it be that my paper is to thick in sure its 120gsm

    Hi I'm useing light pressure temp 190 and pressing 60seconds I've tried 180 170 165 and still geting the paper line I've ripped the paper to feather it and can still see it just carnt understand were I'm going wrong t shirts are 100percent polly steadman brand

    Looks like the printer wheels are picking up ink.
    I maybe wrong though.

    try turning off high speed prints and try a lower print quality.
    also run a few blank sheets of paper through the printer to clean off any residual ink. (Print a blank png)

    Hi thank you for your reply I'm only geting this issue when printing in relative colormetric if I try in absalute colormetic I dont get this problem but I need to be printing in relative colormetric I'm confused lol
