I have Sublinova ink and Versa Paper but replaced the versa paper with S-Race because it seems faster and a bit better to me.

120 seconds after the mug reached 165C makes more sense but keep in mind that the often recommended 180C/180 setting for mugs means 180 seconds complete pressing time, starting as soon as you close the lever. I guess that translates more like 30 seconds cooking time under 180C ! Dont know that exactly but when i watch at the thermometer there is like 70 or 80 seconds left when the press is at 170C and slowly climbing towards the 180C. I think you should check 180C 200 seconds or even 220 seconds complete pressing time ! That means start your stop watch as soon as you clamp the mug in the already prea heated and 175C-180C hot mug press.
