Yes there is an online form to submit. As Pisquee mentioned, it's quite simple just confirming your details. You should be able to access it on your local council's website.

Ok. I seem to fit the criteria except i am a sole trader in a business unit (with small business rates relief) with staff on PAYE (all on furlough) and very unsure whether you need to be ltd (registered with companies house) or whether my business will qualify. Any ideas?

Thank you pisquee. As for rent logobear then this is normally a private arrangement. We have agreed a 50% rent reduction for 3 months and then will spread the remainder over next 12 months.

Regarding withholding rent, contact your landlord and have the conversation. If you have a good relationship with them they may well be sympathetic to the situation and come to an agreement for a rent free period of reduced rent payments.

Not heard a thing from my council and they will not tell me a thing over the phone as they aren’t taking calls.

We had a letter from our council today, with associated form to fill in, scan, and email direct with payments being made in April.

Have sent numerous emails and get standard reply.

All emails will be dealt with in date order and we hope to have a reply within 10 days.

I am not holding out much hope.
Also it states that you do not need to claim for this, so why are people having to fill out forms?
If you receive SBRR you should get the 10K
