Hi guys please help before i flog all my stuff

Hi there sorry ive been a bit of a lurker for a while now but love love this forum its so helpful.
Ok ive bought a heat press and mug press a while ago and never really used it that properly as my other business takes up a lot of time. anyway bought some cushion covers and mugs month or so ago... the mugs I have not come out not too bad still not on point colour... my cushions are way off.....I have applied my ICC and followed instructions but they are so shockingly off.... ive had another icc sent but still colours are off.... eg greys are khaki....blues are purple....pink are orange/.......i just need somebody to walk me though all my correct settings. i have an Epson 2710 and work with Adobe AI and just started to use affinity .You guys are my last hope before i throw the lot in the Trent.

Lol my advice is walk away and chill out for a bit.
You won’t get anywhere while your mad.

I use photoshop so not sure about illustrator, I’m sure there will be a member who’s knows your answers along soon though.

Go grab a beer and relax before it drives you mad.

In affinity click onto the colour tab in the print dialogue. Set colour handling to 'performed by app', and select your required sublimation profile.
In the printer settings select the 'advanced' tab tick the 'ICM' box and then tick 'off (no colour correction).
