Paper coming out slightly skewed - SG400

My SG400 has recently started printing out my papers (I use pre-cut mug papers mostly) a little skewed. No amount of loading/reloading, adjusting or wiggling seems to help. Does anyone have a clue what might be causing this?

It's not a showstopper as even with the slight skewing the images are fitting onto the papers (just) but I want to fix this asap in case it decides to get worse.

I'm having the same issue with the SG-400, I thought it was the cheap paper cutter I had got, but got a better one and realised it was the printer. I use just A4 paper and its the same. So would be handy to know if there is a reason for it.

2nd that. We use mug paper but always guillotine after printing. 400 is now superseded by 500 so perhaps if anyone has one then be good to know if it handles paper better

I've contacted Sawgrass and I'm waiting for a reply. If I get any info I'll post it here.

Apparently SG500 has one roller now whereas SG400 had two which i presume could be cause of paper misalignment. I guess they knew this issue.

My pleasure Mike. Happy I was able to ‘help’ at least a tiny bit (even being a newbie myself).
