Printed colours have changed, please help

Hi all, over this past week we've noticed that the colours have changed from our printer. We're using an epson et-2650 from inkexperts with their ink and paper, and we're using the settings and icc profile supplied by them which has previously worked flawlessly.

Trying to rule out variables and the only thing we've done this week which would be different is we re-stocked the HR paper from inkexperts (different batch maybe could this have an affect on colour?) and we refilled our ink tanks, using the same ink that was already in there.

All colours are off, even pure white that should be unprinted isn't white, and we're getting a very faint off-white print over the entire printable area of the page.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Is photo shop set to CMYK? it should be RGB. That could explain the colourshift.
The background off white colour is probably because you are printing a photo with a white background. Set the background to transparent.

Are you using Photoshop? and have printed with Absolute rendering intent, rather than perceptual or relative - this will put a yellow cast over the whole image.
