    Epson WF 2010 issue

I have an Epson WF2010 printer. I have Sublinova Inks and I am using Ink Experts sublimation paper. They sent me an icc profile for an Epson WF2630. My blues are off and light blues are coming out grey. I have made sure the cartridge is full of the correct ink and done a head test to see if printing. I first got a cheap sublimation ink setup bottles and cartridges from eBay. I swapped the cyan out for the cheap eBay sub ink and the blues are starting to show again. Is this an issue with the ink or do I need another icc profile. And does anyone have an icc profile folk Ink Experts ink and their paper?

    Any other suggestions at all?

    Many thanks.

Hi Tyron, I too have bought Sublinova with a CISS kit from ink experts for an Epson machine... the ICC profile is shockingly bad and it turned all my stuff to odd hues, pinks turned blue and greys turned yellow/green , try setting it to printer controls colour and see if it helps. When i set it to printer controls colour this is the result, primarily it is cyan/light blues that has the problem however royal blue also seem to come out slightly purple. Does anyone know how to customize an ICC profile?

Ink Experts are on the case for me. What a fab company. I have sent them swatches so fingers crossed. I can’t recommend them enough. A long time future customer of theirs now.

I see what you mean about the blues. It seems like it is the hardest to sublimate with
