    Unhappy HELP - Please - Blacks are Brown/Red on tshirts when using heat press

    Using Ricoh sg3110dn printer and using photoshop have nearly tried every combination of heat and time but i still get Brown instead of Black
    Someone please help

    What brand of inks are you using and do you have an ICC profile for them? Also, what are your pressing times/temps and are these shirts 100% polyester?

    To the question above inwant to add is your heat press calibrated and showing the correct temperature, do you use real sublimation paper?
