    oops! my bad.... had mixed up my orders when typing. I have just ordered some 10oz Chester mugs to try but the ones currently with the problems are premium grade Orca Coated 11 Oz Standard mugs, sorry about the mixup. I have elements for both size of mugs.

    also, is it a bad thing to leave the paper stuck on the mug after pressing ? I ask cos one of the best prints came out best using this method. whats best method ?

    You can leave paper on if you want. Some designs you might find need cooling quicker as certain colours tend to bleed more than others but if all goes well with paper on you can take it off when you are ready.
