Any Idea why P800 prints look bit grainy than 1500W

I have a 1500W and P800 .When printing metals its seems 1500W is sharper than P800 as the P800 seems a little grainy too..Whats your opinion and experience guys ?.

We use P800 for fine printing especially for keyrings. Have you got print quality set as "Max Quality"?
