Seller fullfil Prime Amazon selling anyone know how to ship ?

Guys anyone experienced in Seller fulfil prime ?..Custom made items cannot do FBA but we can do FBM .My question is FBA deliveries done by Amazon and they are so quick normally next day .But we use Royal mail 1st class meant to be next day but 10% could take 2 weeks to deliver what are the other options you can use for FBM other than Royal mail that you can trust and reasonable for prices ?. Please share your experience .thanks

Royal main 24 is not actually 24 lol...They are unbelivably slow like 10% of them take 7-10 days ..I do not trust Royal mail ..Need to check DPD pricess for large letters (I thought they are good for parcels )

DPD do not do large letters

    They have

    1 kilo bags
    5 kilo bags
    Parcels

Don’t expect to get a deal with them at the moment. They are so busy at the moment they have pretty much said “here’s the price, take it or leave it”

I pay around £3.75 for a 1 kilo but I would expect a new customer to be paying over £5 with an account.

If you want cheapest tracking services then you are looking at Yodel or Hermes. The less said about them the better LOL.

At the moment I don’t think you are going to get better than RM track and trace for price or DPD Local for service.

P.S. you want to go with DPD local and not DPD if you are sending more bags than boxes. Although it’s the same network the local side are cheaper for bags!

Parcel Force next day courier bags take roughly a shoesize box and up to 10kg to mainland UK for around £4.75+vat if that helps. Obviously you need a proper business account and need to do high volume.

Thanks for the input Simon .I dont really want to spend even £3.50 for a large letters as the one I am loking to do prime is only £12 .So it seems RM is the only option and I dont think I can use RM for Amazon Prime as they are not very accurate .I might have to price up and try to get DPD or Parcelforce ..
