    Mug printing problems

Having a nightmare with all these different mugs I'm having to use. Normally have the Coralgraph mugs, but due to shortages and covid I'm having to use what I can.
The mugs I'm on at the moment are either the j.s coatings 10°z or the orca coated MDP mugs.
For what ever reason even though I'm tapping around the bottom as usual on certain colours the mugs are patchy or, they are gassing at the bottom.
I'm pressing the mugs at 185° for 250 seconds. And they look crap. I've lowered the time and raised it but to no success. I warm the mugs at an idle temperature of 160° and use touch to feel if the base is at the right temp prior to pressing... Any advice would be appreciated.
I'm using a freesub st201 with sublinova inks and ink experts 120mg sublimation paper.
    TIA.

Quick update.. it just seems to be certain colours. Did a solid red background and it came out perfect.

Green and blue.. for some reason just a nightmare.

Hi, What printer are you using? and are you using the correct ICC for the ink, paper and printer you have?

Hi I'm using the Epson ink tank 2710.
The colours are perfect that isn't the problem.

The problem is that the lighter greens gas out at the bottom regardless of pre heat time.

I preheat my mugs with hot water from the kettle for almost a minute before i stick my design on then put it in the press to warm up. before starting the timer.
Do you have a heat gun to double check how hot the element is?

When you say gassing out is it blurring?
Is the blanket tight enough against the mug?

The whole cup is perfect apart from the bottom around the base . It seems to only happen on certain colours like blues and light green. I don't know if to increase the heat or the time.

I actually thought that maybe the pressure needs increasing so I did that and again no change.

I'm going to get a thermometer to double check the temperature.
I've also bought a new blanket to see if that helps.

Two different mugs. But the same fading.
I've just used a Lazer thermometer on both elements . One is idling at around 160.... But the other is over 200.... I'm changing that insert tomorrow as it's showing age any way.

Could the mugs be tappering at the bottom not giving adequate contact . ?

I'll look at tapping further up the mugs to see if that may help...
