    Coaster Question

Hi guys, I'm new to sublimation printing but experienced in heat pressed garments and other printed merchandise.

I wanted to ask whether I should be using a silicone sheet when pressing the sublimated coasters?
I've seen different videos with some using them and some not.

I'll be using the gloss Unisub coasters with hardwood backing.

    Thanks in advance

    Morning Matt,

We print thousands of unisub coasters, and we simply print onto sublimation paper, cut out each one, stick with heat tape, then press face up using parchment paper which is changed about every 3 weeks. Never had a problem at all.

    Awesome, thanks that!
Going to spend my Saturday giving them a go. Hopefully it'll be a stress free day...
