    Does Vinyl go "off"?

Hey guys, I bought a 5 meter roll of ultra cut turbo xp3000 just the other day there from xpres.

There is definitely something up with it.
The feel off it is totally different to what it normally feels like, when you weed it the carrier sheet is very clouded compared to what it normally looks like as well and it also has zero adhesive qualities to it too, so if a part of your design comes up it can't be reapplied back to the carrier sheet. Like its dried out or something.

So wondering if vinyl goes off in a sense and if anyone else has had this problem.

I'm waiting to hear back from the technical team as I was told to email them.

    Cheers.

I'd wait until you hear back, may be a bad batch or perhaps they've sent you the wrong stuff. I've had vinyl lying around for years ands it's still perfect.

Yes, I've had Xpres vinyl and several years down the line it's proved hard to weed. Keeping it in the right conditions helps.

Vinyl does have a shelf life, but it is a good few years. Way more than you would expect a popular vinyl to be stored in a warehouse such as Xpres.
