Pre sub coated mdf or how to do it?

Hi I’ve been producing signs on aluminium for a while and want to produce shaped signs in 3mm mdf using my k40 laser engraver. Problem I have is I’m using the technique of laminate sheets on the wood to take a sub transfer sheet and I need a white opaque base under the laminate. I’ve tried chalk paint, primer etc but no one produce stays white or accepts laminate too well. I do this because I cannot find a uk supplier of mdf sublimation blank sheets. Does anyone know of a supplier of 3mm mdf sub coated sheets or a good white coating I can use on mdf before laminating?
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks but they are not heat proof which I think means the white coating will discolour through heating. I’ve tried white coated hardboard with the same results
