Where is the best place to buy quality 11oz mugs from?
I have tried several different suppliers now who all market the mugs as grade AAA, but the mugs that arrive i am having to some times scrap 5/6 just to find one good one due to marks under the coating or pin holes.
Why is it so difficult to get good quality mugs 😫
Mdpsupplies had very few issues but when I do they will refund them.
My last order I had 20 broken mugs so they resent 24 and then 18 of those were broken.
DPD seem to be very Heavy handed with parcels atm.

I have found MDP the best quality wise. The last few batches i have purchase though the coating seems speckled/blotchy as if it needs another coat?
This is visible both before and after pressed.
I have contacted them today about the issue as thats the only thing which is making me look for a new supplier.
Just complain until they resolve it.
