    White marks on mugs

I am having this issue on almost every mug in different places mostly along the bottom. I am unsure if this is the mugs or the machine. If it was the machine I would have thought it would be in the same place every time?20210711_135059.jpg

It looks to me like a chip in the coating And it hasn’t taken the sublimation.
that’s why the mugs still white and the dark patch on the paper.

I have had this after the mugs were thrown around in transit.

I am not sure if it is visible, not without close inspection anyway. This has been a lot over the space of different boxes and deliveries.

Seems obvious to me that the deep pink/red mark on your print exactly coincides with the white problem area on the mug.

What printer, inks and paper are you using? What press?

I assumed this was the transfer after printing?

Ah yes, you're probably right Justin. I just wish posters would give more information to help solve their problems.

Surely it would be noticeable on the print before pressing if it was the printer or media?

Ok, please answer this: Was that second image (of the paper print) taken BEFORE or AFTER pressing? Thank you.
