    Anyone experienced in Jig making?

Would like to discuss creation of a jig with anyone that has experience making them or knows someone who may be able to help.

We're looking for a curved surface, much like that of a cap press. I will be adapting a cap press and it's the lower platen I need making.

Happy to discuss in more detail via PM if anyone can help. TIA.

We make various jigs for some of our machines, primarily jigs for our lasers and flatbed printer. From the little you have said it sounds as though you need someone with experience of 3d CAD software. However my assumption could be wrong.

Yes it will probably need 3D or at least someone with a background in engineering to get the angles right.
