    Need advice sourcing and help

I have been asked to make some flags with flagpoles like these.

    999EC0B0-ED9A-4DA6-B7D9-2D220A1FAC6E.jpeg

these are sublimated but I can also print if that easier on the Roland.
now I have found the stands for £6 each or 3x £16.

but I can’t find the banner material (polyester) so I assume this is standard polyester pressed and sewn into shape.

    so my questions are…
Can the poles be sourced cheaper anywhere or is £6 quite cheap already?
Would double sided be a folded sheet sewn at the bottom and sides to close.

Or would it be easier to print to a banner material and seal?

    Thanks

    So...

I gave up on this sort of stuff years ago. However easystands.co.uk was my go to supplier of the parts needed. Not sure if they have this sort of stuff or not, but worth a try.

Most of these things are printed on a Roland (or similar) on the "specialist" flag material similar to the following:

    https://www.grafityp.co.uk/digital-media/banner/flag/

With regards to double sided, flag material is very thin and also has a very open weave to allow air flow. If you wanted to make them double sided you would probably have to find some sort of black mesh perhaps and combine two printed sheets and a black mesh into one. Personally I would not bother offering double sided. If you take a look around, tear drop flags etc are very rarely double sided...
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...
