Silicone sheets, can I use any type?

Hi, I'm looking for silicone sheets, my supplier that sells the 2mm ones that seem to work for my ceramics is out of stock, can I just buy some on ebay that I think people use for baking and the such?
Thanks so much for any help

I use the amazon ones for pressing some garments without problem. Don''t know how that will translate to the longer pressing times for ceramics.
You would need to do a test press to ensure that the silicon is colourfast.

We use 'open cell silicone sheets' with small air pockets inside. It allows the heat to transfer through easily but still conforms to the shape of the substrate.
