Is there anyone with any advice for this? I tried to contact Listawood where i got the genie III from I got a fairly vauge response saying I should go to a DIY shop and get a new bolt, but no actual advice on how to solve this? Image Attatched.

Do you mean some of the bolt is stuck in the thread of the machine?

If so you will have to drill a small hole in the stuck part and use a bolt extractor.

Places like Screwfix do them https://www.screwfix.com/p/bolt-extr...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

or Toolstation, bound to be at least one of those in your area.

Grab a tiny screwdriver and gently tap the screw thread back out.
then go to your local diy store and get a new thumbscrew most likely 8mm or 10mm depending on your press.
