    Glass photo frame issue

Just wondering if anyone knows exactly why an area of this print has came out 'blotchy' (best word I can think of to describe it!). Printed at 190 for 160 seconds on medium pressure. I'll try a few different times, pressure etc but thought I'd stick it on here incase anyone had an suggestions please?

It could be a number of things.

    moisture
    pressure
    the paper
    the press

I would say moisture but I don’t print glass so take that with a pinch of salt.
