    Epson Ecotanks printing wonky

First thread of two as trying to make my mind up about which printer to p
    stick with haha.

Ok, I’ve got an Epson ET15000 which has replaced my ET5800 due to it printing wonky. The ET15000 and that is also printing wonky so I’m just not winning. I buy A4 paper and cut it down to two sheets of 98 x 238mm to fully wrap the mug.

If I print A4 it’s perfectly straight but printing the smaller size seems to be an issue.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to get it printing straight.

Are the paper guides moving as it’s taking the sheets?
I don’t have that model but mine takes the sheets with quite a force and the feed guides move and I’m forever moving them back to keep the print straight.

I thought about glueing them in place but I use it for a4 as well as mug paper.

I’m not sure if I’m honest. On the ET15000 you don’t seem to be able to completely remove the paper tray which sucks.

On my ET5800 that I had, I did wedge cardboard down the side of the paper guides to keep them tight to the A4 sheets but even that didn’t work when trying to print mug sized sheets.
