    sublimation t-shirts mock up help

    Hello All,

I am doing tiny runs of sublimation t-shirts for people on a 65% Poly/35% Cotton t-shirt but I am having issues trying to explain and show people what the image will look like after a few washes. Does anyone know how I can take an image apply and layer, mask, filter or anything else that I can use as a mock up to show people what they can expect the image to look like?

I have printed a sublimated a few t-shirts but most people want an example with their image – and I would rather not sublimate each person’s image and then have them say this is not for them (which is fine but I would rather not have wasted the t-shirt )

you could just lower opacity on the mock up o they can see the difference.

Set your image layer mode to 'Multiply,' then further adust opacity etc as needed.

@AdamSmt Just another small point -

Note how using the combination of Multiply/Opacity affects the image colours when printed on non-white tees. See how the yellow affects the blue in the rainbow turning it more green, as it would in the real world because sub-inks are semi-transparent ...
