    Epson ET-2714 Smudging issues

Hi, I'm hoping to get a bit of advice on my Epson ET-2714 printer. I am having issues with it smudging when I'm printing block areas of colour. I usually don't have any issues with it with my usual printing templates but when trying to print a large area of block colour it smudges black ink at the start and at the end of the print. Has anyone else had anything similar happen and might know what I am doing wrong?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

    Can you post a picture?
Is it smudging or is the colour bleeding on the paper? Sometimes if the paper is damp or the humidity is high colours can bleed.

As above If the paper is stored non flat (on its side or upright) it can warp and also humidity may warp the paper too causing the head to strike the paper.
